Maaslander Matured Maaslander matured has a creamy and rich flavour and a low salt content. It's creamy and mature flavour is due to the very severe quality demands. Those quality demands determine which cheese obtains the red-yellow label. In consequence of this red-yellow Maaslander quarantees a constant quality. Red-yellow Maaslander is very excellent on sandwiches, as a snack and also in warm and cold dishes. Besides Maaslander matured there is also green-yellow Maaslander with a soft, full and creamy flavour. |
